Are you in sales or in service? Now you may want to say that you are in the sales industry because you have product you are selling. Even if it’s a home, car, essential oils or a weight loss product, you probably think that you are in sales.

I prefer to look at sales as a service. Yes, I still have something to sell, however, I don’t want to just sell it. I want to be of service to the person who is considering the purchase and be sure that it is going to fit their needs.

If you move on from being in sales to being in service to others, watch how your career will begin to flourish. The energy you will be putting out into the universe will be an energy of caring and helpfulness. When you do that you will attract the type of people you need for your business.

And when you give them such amazing service that they never felt like they were “SOLD”, they will come back to you time and time again. They will rave about you to their friends and family.

This is how you build longevity in your business.
